We have a no smoking policy inside all of our buildings. There are however receplates located outside for your convenience and ashtrays on the balconies. Breakfast is complimentary and served from 7.30 to 9.30am daily we don't do special takeaways for people who want to eat outside of these times sorry.
Alterations and cancelations must be done via email 24 hours prior to the 14.00 check in. We do not accept phone cancelations. Last minute changes to reservation arrival dates will only be accepted until 4pm local time (GMT+2) on the day of arrival only through email, never by phone. Charges will be incurred for late cancellation.
Credit card payments are FREE and can only be accepted for payments 50 euros and over.
Booking deposit: The booking deposit is 20% of the total amount due for the booked period and must be transferred to our bank account or paid by credit card) at the time of placing the booking to confirm the reservation and hold the required rooms. The balance of the total payment is required to be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date either by bank transfer or credit card transfer. We accept all major credit cards at no cost to you.
Cancellation policy: 100% (one hundred percent) of your booking deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival.
1. The booking deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is within 30days of the arrival date.
2. Other monies that have been received for the booking payment will be
a. Refunded in full (including the 20% booking deposit) if the cancellation is made before the 30 days prior the designated arrival date.
b. Refunded (less the 20% booking deposit) if the cancellation is made between 30 to 15 days before the designated arrival date.c. 50% refunded of the total booking amount if you cancel less 15 days before your arrival date.
